How to Check Your WordPress Database Tables with phpMyAdmin

This tutorial makes use of phpMyAdmin and assumes you have access to this through your web host’s CPanel backend or similar.

If you are having problems with your WordPress installation it’s possible that it is due to a problem with its Database.

Step 1) Log in to CPanel

Step 2) Launch phpMyAdmin

Step 3) Select your WordPress database from the left hand menu

Step 4) Click “Check All” to select all the Database Tables, then, from the dropdown menu, select “Check Table”

When complete, you will see a message similar to the following confirming the status of each table checked.
