Configuring the WordPress YouTube Embed Default Widget Settings
The third step of the guide to the WordPress YouTube Embed plugin will show you how to configure the default settings of the plugin for the Widget feature.
Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2) From the Admin Panel, click on YouTube Embed >> Widget Defaults.
Step 3) The first step in the settings is to choose the default width and height for your YouTube player.
Step 4) The Autoplay and Loop options will determine whether the video starts automatically, and whether the video repeats after it finishes playing.
Step 5) The Progress bar of your YouTube video can be changed from Red to White using the options below.
Step 6) The Fullscreen button is useful for blowing up videos to the full screen size. You can also choose to show the video information, YouTube icon and animations.
Step 7) The Initial Volume can be set for when users click on a post/page where a YouTube video is found. You can also enable or disable the keyboard. Click the Save Changes button when you’re done.
