How to Setup a Contact Form with WP-SpamShield

In this section of the guide to the WP-SpamShield Anti-Spam plugin, we will show you how to setup a Contact Form.

Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.

Create a New Page

Step 2) From the left-hand sidebar of the Dashboard, navigate to Pages -> Add New to be taken to a blank page where you want the Contact Form displayed.

Step 3) Enter a Title for your Contact Form.

Step 4) Click the Text tab.

Step 5) Click the WPSS Contact Form button to add a shortcode to the Contact Form page.

Step 6) Click the Publish button to publish the page.

This shortcode cannot be implemented as part of a widget or theme element, such as a footer, sidebar, etc.

If you want to modify the style of the Contact Form using CSS, all the form elements have an ID attribute you can reference in your stylesheet.

Step 7) From the left-hand sidebar of the Dashboard, navigate to Settings -> WP-SpamShield to be taken to the WP-SpamShield Settings page.

Step 8) Scroll down to the Contact Form Settings area.
