How to Display the Instagram Feed
The final step of the guide to the Instagram Feed WordPress Plugin will help you learn how to set your display, and then display your feed in a post on your website.
Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2) From the Dashboard, click on Instagram Feed, then choose 3. Display Your Feed from the toolbar at the top of the settings page.
Step 3) If you simply wish to display your full Instagram Feed in your posts and pages, copy and paste the [instagram-feed] shortcode into the page, post or widget. Follow the guidelines below if you wish to apply different settings.
Step 4) To configure your shortcode and enter more than one feed, enter the shortcode, followed by the User IDs separated by commas.
Step 5) To customise your Instagram feed, use the box below to change the shortcode – and the feed – accordingly.
Step 6) To change the colour of your Header or to remove it altogether from your feed, copy and paste the shortcode examples below.
Step 7) You can change your photo options – including the order they show, the number on show and other options – by following the shortcodes shown in the box below.
Step 8) The Load More button option shortcodes are shown in the box below. Copy and paste them into your post, page or widget to add or remove features.
Step 9) The same rules apply from Step 8 here.
Step 10) If you simply wish to display your regular Instagram feed with no tweaks, simply copy and paste the shortcode from the top of the page into the posts, pages or widgets of your choice.
Step 11) Below is an example of how your shortcode will look when copied and pasted into a post.
Step 12) And here is how your Instagram Feed will look once your post is published. Pretty cool, right?
