Easily Add a Full Size Responsive Background with Responsive Full Background

Hello and welcome to the WordPress plugin guide for Responsive Full Background, a plugin that allows you to easily create a fully responsive background for your website, which is compatible with all browsers and with all phone and tablets.

Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.

Step 2) On the Dashboard of your website, scroll down the left-hand sidebar and click on Plugins


Step 3) From the Installed Plugins page, click on Add New at the top of the page. Alternatively, click on Add New from the dropdown menu under Plugins on the sidebar.


Step 4) On the Add Plugins page, type in the name of your plugin in the search box on the right hand side, at the top of the page.


Step 5) From the Search Results page, scroll down to your chosen plugin and click the button marked Install Now. If you would like to learn more about your plugin, click the blue link marked More Details


Step 6) The plugin is now installed and unpacked into your website. The last thing to do now is click Activate Plugin


Step 7) Once activated, you will be redirected to the Installed Plugins page. From here, you can read all the info about your plugins, and deactivate and delete it if you no longer need it.


Step 8) From the Admin Panel, choose Appearance >> Responsive Full Background.


Step 9) On the Responsive Full Background page, you can enter an image URL to create the background for your website.


Step 10) To upload existing media as you background, click on the Upload Media link as shown below.


Step 11) On the Upload New Media page, you can drop files from your computer into your site, or click the Select Files button to choose an existing image from your Library.


Step 12) If you decide to choose an image from your Media Library, click on the image as shown below.


Step 13) This will bring up the details for the image, which includes the URL for the image. Copy this, and then head back to the main Responsive Full Background page.


Step 14) Paste the image URL into the Background Link box, and then click Save Changes. Your image will now be the fully responsive background of your website.


Step 15) Head back to your Home Page, where your image will now be visible as your website background, as shown below.
