How to Extend WP Job Manager with Add-Ons
The final part of the WP Page Manager plugin will point out the Add-ons that are available to folks who have installed the plugin.
Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2) As with many plugins, WP Job Manager has a series of add-ons available. To find them, scroll down to Job Listings on your dashboard and choose Add-ons from the dropdown menu.
Step 3) The applications will be listed for you, alongside a description of what the plugin does and the price. These add-ons are a great way to bring added functionality to your applications, including enabling users to bookmark jobs (to apply later) and to apply for jobs via LinkedIn.
Step 4) The next set of add-ons include adding a resume feature (so applicants can send CVs), WooCommerce job listings where packages can be purchased and job alerts, where people can register and ask to be notified when new jobs come up.
Step 5) The next set of add-ons include Indeed Integration, which backfills your job board from the job site Indeed, and export jobs directly to Indeed via XML. The Application deadline add-on allows job listers to set a closing date for their jobs via a new field on the submission form. The simple paid listing is a way for website owners to make money from setting a price for job listings (e.g. $5 for 1 month, etc.), which can be paid via PayPal or credit cards.
Step 6) Tag jobs with special skills, interests and more details and add more depth to your job listings with the Job Tags add-on.
Step 7) The core add-on bundle is a great way to get a variety of the add-ons listed above, at a discounted rate. Click on the button marked Add-on Bundle to find out what you can get and how much you could save.
This concludes our guide of the WP Job Manager plugin.
