Manage and Create Registration, Profile, and Login Forms with Ultimate Member
The sixth section of the guide to the Ultimate Member WordPress plugin will focus on managing and creating forms using the plugin.
Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2) From the Admin Panel, head to Ultimate Member >> Forms. On the Form section, you can see the Default forms for Registration, Login and Profile forms. You can add these to posts and pages by pasting the Shortcode into your content.
Step 3) If you wish to create your own form, click on Add New at the top of the page.
Step 4) On the Add New Form post, give your Form a title.
Step 5) The next step is to Select Form Type, which includes either Registration Form, Profile Form and Login Form.
Step 6) The next stage in the process is the Form Builder. The first step is to choose the number of columns your form will have. Choose between 1,2 or 3 columns.
Step 7) You can add new fields to your forms, which include a vast number of options, including Text Box, Dropdown, Image Upload and many more. You can also use Custom Fields to create your own.
Step 8) You can edit your row settings to change the colour of the text or background, the padding, margins and borders and more. Click Update when you’re done.
Step 9) When you have finished your form, click Create, and then copy and paste your new shortcode into the posts and/or pages of your choice.
