How to Manage Your Maps in Google Maps Bank

In the third part of the guide to the Google Maps Bank WordPress plugin, we will show you how to manage your maps, including the locations, markers, polygons, layers and the advanced settings of the plugin.

Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.

Step 2) From the Admin Panel, click on Google Maps >> Dashboard. From here, you can Create a New Map, or edit and/or delete existing maps.


Step 3) From the top navigation, click on Manage Maps. Alternatively, choose Google Maps >> Manage Maps from the Admin Panel.


Step 4) Use the Select Map dropdown to choose the map that you would like to manage.


Step 5) Once you have chosen the map to manage, you can use the small navigational toolbar to manage location, markers, polygons, polylines, layers and the advanced settings for the map. From the first section, you can change the country, address, latitude and longitude for the map you have created.


Step 6) On the Manage Markers section, you can edit the marker you have chosen for the map you have created at any time, by clicking Edit.


Step 7) On the Manage Polygons section, click Edit to change the Polygon settings for your map.


Step 8) On the Manage Polylines section, you can click Edit to make changes to each section.


Step 9) Sadly, the Manage Layers section is for Premium Editions owners only.


Step 10) The Manage Advanced Settings section can be used to enable and/or disable the different settings for each map, including scale control, dragging maps and more.
