The fifth step of the guide to the Live Forms – Visual Form Builder WordPress plugin will take you through the process of checking your form statistics and reading your form entries.

Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.

Step 2) To view your Form Statistics, click on Forms -> Statistics from your Dashboard.

Step 3) The Statistics section is split into three sections: Most Submitted, Most Viewed, and the Total Number of Forms. The graph on the right-hand side of the page shows the stats for your forms. In the example below, the stats are from only one form.

Step 4) You can use the Choose Form box to view the stats graph for each of your forms. Simply choose the one you want to see and click View.

Step 5) To view all of the form entries that have been submitted over time, click on Forms -> Form Entries from your Dashboard.

Step 6) On the Form Entries page, choose the Form that you want to see the entries for, and click on the Go button.

Step 7) This will bring up all of your form entries stats, including how many new entries you have, how many are in progress or on hold, and how many have been resolved (e.g. replied to). When somebody has entered a form, it will show at the bottom, and will show you the Token, Time, Name and email submitted, and the subject and message within the form.

Step 8) When you have replied or dealt with the query in your form, tick the box at the end, and then click the green box marked Resolved. This will keep your forms organised and up to date.

The next step of the guide will focus on Live Forms – Visual Form Builder – Add-ons.
