How to Setup Ads with Woo Framework
In this article we’ll show you how to setup ads on your website with the Woo Framework, using either Google AdSense or a more manual approach.
Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2) On the Dashboard, scroll down the left-hand sidebar and click on Bueno. This will take you to the Settings page, where you can choose Sidebar Ad (300x250px) and Sidebar Ads (125×125) from the navigation.
Step 3) If your business is using Google Adsense to create ads, you can ad your code here. This will ensure that Adsense Ads are still enabled for your website.
Step 4) The Image Location is there URL for the banner ad. Add it here and upload to get started.
Step 5) The Destination is the URL that your ad will lead to once clicked upon by a potential customer. It is most likely to be a product page.
Step 6) Once your Main Sidebar Ad is up and running, you can also run smaller sidebar adds (125×125). To find this section, click on Bueno on the Dashboard and search for Sidebar Ads on the navigation at the the top of the Settings page.
Step 7) By choosing to Rotate Banners, the ads you have created will be rotated at random, saving you the hassle of coming back and changing them.
Step 8) For each of your Banner Ads, enter the URL of the image you wish to use in the box provided. This will set the image location for each of your ads and give them a distinct look on your site.
Step 9) By adding a URL in the Banner Ad – Destination box for each ad, the user will be linked to the desired page when they click on it. This will most likely be a product page. Save the changes at the bottom of the page and your ads will be up and running once you return to your page.
