How to Setup Fetch App Digital Delivery with WooCommerce

In the next WooCommerce WordPress plugin add-on guide, we will show you how to install and implement the FetchApp add-on, which is a tool that integrates the FetchApp digital delivery system with your ecommerce website.

Step 1) On the Dashboard, head to ‘WooCommerce’ and click on ‘Add-ons’ from the dropdown.

Step 2) From the Add-ons section, click on ‘Free’ to bring up the list of free add-ons, and then click on ‘FetchApp’ from the list provided.

Step 3) This will direct you to the WordPress.org plugin page for ‘FetchApp’. Click on ‘Download’ to get a copy of the plugin sent to your Downloads folder in the form of a .zip file.

Step 4) Head back to the Dashboard of your website and choose ‘Plugins’, then ‘Add New’

Step 5) On the next page, hit ‘Upload’ and then ‘Choose File’, and find the .zip file for the FetchApp plugin and hit ‘Install Now’

Step 6) Once your plugin has installed, click on ‘Activate Plugin’ to complete the process.

Step 7) On the Dashboard, scroll down to ‘FetchApp’ on the left-hand sidebar and click on it

Step 8) From the settings page, the first step is to authenticate your account. You do this by adding your API Key and Token into the box provided.

Step 9) Tick the box if you would like Debug messages to be shown

Step 10) You can sync your website with FetchApp every hour by ticking the box shown below

Step 11) Tick the box below if you want incomplete orders to be pushed to FetchApp.

Step 12) You can sync your FetchApp activity with your website at any time by clicking the ‘Sync Orders’ and ‘Sync Products’ buttons provided at any time.
