Setting Up Free Shipping In Your Store with WooCommerce

In this section of the guide to setting up an ecommerce website with the WooCommerce WordPress plugin, we will guide you through the Free Shipping settings

Step 1) On the Dashboard, scroll down to “WooCommerce” on the sidebar and choose “Settings” from the dropdown. From here, click on “Shipping” on the navigational toolbar, and then “Free Shipping” from the toolbar underneath.

Step 2) Enable or disable Free Shipping using the tickbox provided.

Step 3) The method title can be changed from Free Shipping to whatever you want. It is probably best leaving as it is in the vast majority of cases.

Step 4) The method availability can be changed so that Free Shipping is available in all allowed countries, or you can specifiy from a list. A lot of businesses only have free shipping in their own countries, but if you are an online company, you may have it allowed for all countries.

Step 5) Using the dropdown provided, you can make it so that Free Shipping requires a minimum order amount, a specific coupon, or both.

Step 6) Here you can set the minimum order amount, e.g. £50 or more.
