In this article we will show you how to use WP Customer Reviews to add a review form to your site so customers can leave reviews.

Step 1) Login to the WordPress Dashboard.

Step 2) From the left menu of the Dashboard, click to select Settings -> Customer Reviews.

2

Step 3) Head to Settings -> Customer Reviews and scroll down to the area highlighted. To get your options, either add your email address in the box provided or click No Thanks to get started.

3

Step 4) The next step is to fill in all of your business information, from your URL and email address, to your physical address. You can also allow for your hCard (business card) to be placed on all your WordPress posts and pages, and allow it to be visible to search engines using the Enable Business hCard Output and Business Card Visibility dropdowns.

4

Step 5) On the General Settings section, you can enable the plugin by default on all of your posts and pages throughout your site. This is will enable customers to leave reviews whatever page they are on. Save Changes when you’re done.

5

Step 6) The Review Page Settings enables you to build your review form and place it on your posts and pages. Tick the boxes that you want to include, and add any additional fields in the Custom Fields section. You can also set the size of your call to action (e.g. Leave your review here in H2 size) and edit the text of the button and form that will entice your visitors to leave reviews.

6

Step 7) The Advanced settings include simple buttons that either enable or disable the plugin for all existing posts, or for all existing pages. This is useful if you already have a large number of posts and pages on your site and you don’t fancy adding them all individually.

7

Step 8) When your Customer Review form is created, it will show as a button that says Click here to submit your review.

8

Step 9) Clicking on the button will open up the form in its entirety, and users can fill this in and press the Submit your Review button at the bottom of the page.

This concludes our guide of the WP Review plugin.
